With online scheduling, your reservation inquiry will be received by us immediately [We will confirm your reservation by return email within 24 hours when it is booked by our staff]. At that time we will also confirm any special requests you have made which may require additional attention, such as the use of a conference room.

The day prior to your event, your designated contact person will receive a call from us to reconfirm our standing schedule. If you have not heard from us by noon on the day prior to your event, then please call to confirm.
