With online scheduling, your reservation inquiry will be received by us immediately. We will confirm your reservation by return email within three business days when it is booked by our staff. At that time we will also confirm any special requests you have made which may require additional attention, such as the use of a conference room.
The day prior to your event, your designated contact person will receive a call from us to reconfirm our standing schedule. If you have not heard from us by noon on the day prior to your event, then please call to confirm.
